The sofas comfortably fit four adults and the dining area is equipped with a drop-leaf table and fold up seating to comfortably accommodate four adults. This also packs away should you want the extra space.

The room includes a 42" smart TV that is connected to Freeview. The TV has all your favourite streaming services installed for you to log in with your accounts to enjoy your favourite shows.
There's also plenty of space for a high-chair and to park a buggy/pram for those bringing an infant.

Kitchen
Modern design kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. New appliances including fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster.
To get you started we include some essentials such as washing up liquid, dish sponge and cleaning cloth, tea towel, a couple of bin bags, a few dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, salt, pepper and some spray oil.
Available for your convenience is all the cooking equipment you need including pots, pans, utensils, chopping boards, colander, knifes, mixing bowls, ceramic dishes, baking trays, bottle opener, scissors, etc.
Everything you need for dining including plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, glasses (including wine glasses and champagne flutes). If we know there are infants staying we will also leave some plastic child friendly plates, bowls, cups and cutlery.
Cleaning utilities also included (dustpan and brush, mop & bucket, disinfectant spray, hoover).
Guest Guide and some essentials will be left out for your convenience.
Bathroom
Enjoy a relaxing soak in the bath or take a shower.
A bath towel and hair towel is included for each guest (left in the bedrooms). To get you started we also include some toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Children
Southsea is perfect for families with children of all ages. To help you with your stay, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair (both suitable up to 15kg), and plastic child friendly plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Full details will be included in your Guest Guide sent as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Parking
Parking is on the street. Your booking comes with permits that will give you free parking, for 1 vehicle, on the nearby roads around the apartment block. Once booked, you will be sent all the property details straight away so you can plan your journey and stay.
Due to the popular location note that parking may be busier during peak times.
Accessibility
The apartment is located on the second floor. There are unavoidable steps leading up to the front entrance. In the event of a fire the building operates an evacuation policy, the only route of escape is via the staircase.
Regrettably, this property is not suitable for any body who can not climb steps unassisted.
